nV News Forums - Nvidia FX 5200 problems with vsynch

I'm trying to play a game called Fable: The Lost chapters. I have problems with text flicker and some text I can't read at all which makes it difficult to play the game. I've read online that changing vsynch settings may help but I can't see option to change this in Nvidia control panel. I have the latest drivers and I've read on the net that some features formerly on the Nvidia control panel have been taken out with the later drivers. Perhaps this is why I can't find it.

Can someone please tell me how to solve this problem or give some advice?
