Benchmarking lower after new RAM
Actually it as a combination of things. First my 6800GT went bad so I had to RMA it then I pickep up some Corsair Twinx2048-3200C2. This was an upgrade for me as I went from 1GB to 2GB.

I first noticed slowdowns in all my games, so out of interest I checked Aquamark and noticed a score of 20k !

After some searching and playing I figured the problem to be the timing settings and set it up as 2-3-3-6 running 2T. Its better, but only around 50k.

I'm not running a super great system, but its all I have, 3Ghz P4, Geforce 6800 GT, and 2GIG DDR Twinx Corsair.

My question is, what could be causing the slowdowns? Is there a good way to check, test components and find out which is lagging behind?

Any help to raise my scores in Aquamark and get my games running as they were would be great.

Thanks everyone,
