A 90-day return policy is still better than most retailers (Best Buy, Circuit City, et al).

Lifetime? Basically you could return stuff after 2 years of use for a full refund.

Yeah man. Everybody's doing it!

I don't shop at costco...but I know a guy who bought a printer from them 1.5 years ago. Whenever the ink runs out, he takes it back, claims it stopped working, and gets a new one absolutely free. No questions asked. He also bought a laptop from there and when he was buying it, the sales guy was like, just bring it back in 3 months and return it and get a newer model!

EB used to have a kick ass return policy, so did Game Crazy, so did a ****load of other places. I never expected Costco to keep their's.

What I would personally do, is charge a 15% restocking fee, then sell it for like -12.5% open box (even thought I dont make open box purchases, myself.)
