cannot install nvidia driver.

I have an inno3d gf6600 card. It's works with 'nv' driver from openSuse.

I try to install 9746 driver on opensuse 10.2 with kernel 2.16.18.

I follows step by step from tutorial. with

#./NVDIA.xxx.run -a -q
it's ok to run this.

but when i try to use sax2 to config my xorg,it's crash with black screen.
#sax2 -r -m 0=nvidia

i try with some other version,9631,9629,9626 and get the same result.
i try to upgrade kernel to 2.6.20 and downgrade to 2.16.16 and move to mandriva 2007.1 with kernel 2.6.17 but all crash, same result.

it's may be a hardware ploblem?.
yeah, may be. but everything works on WinXP. I can play any 3d games like PES6 with no ploblem.

What can i do now?
How to make it work?

now i try to generate nvidia-bug-report, but it's alway crash. and i can do nothing except push reset button.

Thank for any suggession and sorry for my bad english,
