Sony is moving SXRD production to MEXICO!

So much for a good product....

Everything Sony has produced in Mexico is pure dog****. Another brain dead move. Take a profitable division and **** up the brand by destroying the USA made quality.

The XBR5 has impressive specs..... made in Mexico.... no thanks! When Sony shifted Trinitron tube manufacturing to Mexico the product went from best to near worst.

I agree all Sony products that are made in Japan and USA are top notch.

We have an old 61" Sony (Made in the USA )from 1995 in the basement still and it still works perfectly!

How about actually demoing the ****ing product before passing judgement? Maybe it won't turn out as badly as your rah-rah USA mentality leads you to believe.

Considering 100% of Mexican made products have serious quality issues, I don't need to demo it. Get off the Internet, it's USA made. Rah-rah.
