Post your extreme temperatures for overclocking
Thread name says it all If you have an extreme temperature (whether it's high or low... preferably low), then post it here with a screenshot, and if possible, a CPU-Z shot for verification.
Here are mine. They're amazing for a TEC/Air cooled setup! http://img145.imageshack.us/img145/7...letempsja3.png The reason they're so low is because we just got our AC system fixed, so my room is realllllly cold at night. BTW, now that I have this much overhead on temperature, I think I'll start heading for 4Ghz on my OC. What do ya'll think? ;) |

Wish this was real...for some reason when I set the bios to 1600 fsb 800 memory 8x multiplier instead of reading 3200Mhz I get this. |

Re: Post your extreme temperatures for overclocking
I wish my E6600 could OC as nice as everyones with such low voltage. All and all seeing what my voltage is set at and how incredibly low I have my fan RMP's set at (also show in pic) I think my temps are pretty damn good! (lee63) System is extremely quiet

Re: Post your extreme temperatures for overclocking
I have no proof but at the pc repair shop I used to work at we put a pentium 4 1.8Ghz into a shuttle XPC system and ran it at 2.4Ghz. We didn't realize that the rear fan-mount screws were over-tightened and the heat sink had lifted up a little.
The PC was crashing the next time we used it and when we checked the CPU temp in the BIOS it was at 98C. |
