Well, just go to a torrent search site like TorrentSpy.com and look for something (something legal ). The torrents at the top of the list will generally have the most seeders (people with the torrent fully downloaded) and peers (people with the torrent partially downloaded) to get the files from. Just download the torrent file and open it and uTorrent pop up. Itl start downloading all of the pieces of the file from the peers. Its pretty simple.

Check the uTorrent site for more detailed info. They have a ton of great info on there about the program as well as torrents in general.
