I was seeing this problem a few hours ago, however we believe it to be fixed now. If anyone is still having this problem, please provide the following information:
0) Web browser (and version)
1) How reliably does this reproduce (every attempt or less)?
2) If its every attempt, please ping download.nvidia.com and provide the IP address
