Default nVidia x86-64 driver missing 32-bit XvMC?

I was trying to use XvMC video output with the 32-bit version of MPlayer on Fedora Core 6 x86-64 and realized that nVidia only seems to ship the 64-bit dynamic library and no 32-bit. And yes, I've installed the 32-bit libraries. The Xorg 7.1 release includes libraries for both.
