Default NVIDIAŽ GeForce 6150B + nForce 430 problem in Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS

Hi,

I installed Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS v4 64bit.
Here is my computer.

A8N-VM CSM/NBP
-Support AMD Socket 939 Athlon 64FX / Athlon 64 X2 / Athlon 64
-NVIDIAŽ GeForce 6150B + nForce 430
-Dual-channel DDR400
-PCI Express architecture
-Integrated GeForce6 GPU
-Dual VGA OuputVI-D & RGB
-NVIDIA Gigabit LAN with NVIDIA ActiveArmor Firewall
-4 x SATA II (RAID 0, RAID 1)
-1394a Support
-High Definition Audio

I have an Athlon 64 X2 3800+ and Asus A8N-VM CSM/NBP.
The problem is the following. I cannot use the internet and graphic card(I can use the X-windows I think becuase I can use the editor "xemacs or emacs".)
The screen resolution is 800*600? and it cannot be higer than this. The internet doesn't work.
I read some threads about this and tried some, but it didn't work. When I did the following I have some error.

sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-9629-pkg1.run command a blue screen comes up, but with an error that says :

"ERROR: You appear to be running an X server; please exit X before
installing. For further details, please see the section INSTALLING
THE NVIDIA DRIVER in the README available on the Linux driver
download page at www.nvidia.com."

Here is the nvidia-installer log.
