Default Hangup with 1.0-9631 on FC6-x86_64 and GF4MX440 AGPx8

I've tried downloading the driver from LIVNA and "source" from nvidia.com, but both aproaches give me a hangup on loading X. I thought that only GF is dead but NIC also stops working, so it's total hangup.

Kernel driver loads clean (dmesg):
NVRM: loading NVIDIA Linux x86_64 Kernel Module 1.0-9631 Thu Nov 9 17:35:27 PST 2006

One thing that looks bad is:
Checking aperture...
CPU 0: aperture @ f8000000 size 32 MB
Aperture too small (32 MB)
Your BIOS doesn't leave a aperture memory hole
Please enable the IOMMU option in the BIOS setup
This costs you 128 MB of RAM
Mapping aperture over 131072 KB of RAM @ 8000000
Memory: 376864k/524224k available (2411k kernel code, 146972k reserved, 1720k data, 204k init)
[... many lines ...]
agpgart: Detected AGP bridge 0
agpgart: Aperture conflicts with PCI mapping.
agpgart: Aperture from AGP @ f8000000 size 4096 MB
agpgart: Aperture too small (0 MB)
agpgart: No usable aperture found.
agpgart: Consider rebooting with iommu=memaper=2 to get a good aperture.
I can't find aperture size in bios, and I've tried booting with iommu=memaper=2 but it doesn't help.

Any ideas?

My setup:
Sempron 2800+, GA-K8NS, GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X (as reported by 'nv' driver), 512MB ram, FC6 with all updates, kernel 2.6.18-1.2849.fc6 x86_64
