Just click on the memory overclock ,or use the new control pannel with ntune ,I have had real good luck with ntune,I did;nt like it at first but it grows on you and since they are not going to make the old one no more unless you do the nvtweak trick to get it to work.But you should'nt have no trouble getting 630/2000 out of your gtx,I can run my 8800GTS in SLI at 655/1900 and you have better memory so 2000 should'nt be hard.IMO and I think all them tweaks have it where you can set the fan at a 100% ,I know Ntune does and I know it works because I can here it spin up.
