Hm, probably the easiest thing to do is to reboot to windows, download the files, then mount the windows partition in linux.

mkdir /windows
mount -t vfat /dev/hda1 /windows

Device may differ, you can 'fdisk -l /dev/hda' to see what partitions are on drive1, use /dev/hdb, hdc, hdd for other ide devices.

rpm -i NVIDIA_GLX* NVIDIA_kernel*, update /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 as noted in the readme, and hopefully you should be all set.
