No, it isn't made up, it is a completely true statment. Let me explain.
The statement: "Almost all the top 20 movies are only available on Blu-ray." Is
not the same as the statment: "The top 20 movies sold were on Blu-ray.". The first statement is equivalant to saying "Almost all the top 20 movies are
also only available on Blu-ray."
That of course is marketing for you.
