has a GREAT starter article for this. Its a shorter version of the exact same thing nvidia put out themselves. I HIGHLY suggest following it as it will get you about 90% of the way there with just a little time.
My own personal experiance says up the SPP to 1.55 for stability and expect your Core to be around 1.45-1.5v.
