Unhappy can't get twinview/tvout to work

t-bird 1.2
gigabyte board (sorry, was a gift dunno model)
256 meg pc-100 ram
powercolor geoforce 2 32meg

driver 1.0-4363

TV-out works fine under wxp (hate it tho)

was trying this for tv-out:
