You have to copy and paste the prime executable to another place on your drive. Put one on your desktop and one on your C drive and then run it from those locations and it should work. Then set affinity to 0 on one core and to 1 on the other.

It automatically detects dual cores and maxxes them both out. Orthos uses the exact same calculations as p95. Matter fact, the code is identical. Notice in the pic below how both cores are maxxed using only one instance of Orthos.
If you can pass 2 hours of Blend testing with Orthos then you can consider it stable with just about anything you throw at it.
