Actually, it's funny you mention that...

PHP for Microsoft AJAX Library

Plus, you can always incorporate other frameworks like Adobe Spry or Prototype with PHP...it just doesn't have built in support.

I wish there was a Visual Studio for PHP with native IntelliSense support for a number of the more popular Ajax frameworks and just JavaScript in general.
