Try find an AGP 7600GT or 7600GS. It would probably be the best bet, but if you want to save more money go for a lower end 7x00 card, such as the 7100, 7300, etc.

Personally, I would go for a 7600GT. But because you have a $200 limit you'd probably be better off going for a 7600GS.

7600GS $120:
A CD/DVD burner should cost about $20-$40
And you should be able to get a DDR 184pin 512mb stick of ram for reasonably cheap ($40-$60) if you look around
