Default delphi coding books?

okay, so basically i'm looking into getting a delphi coding book and the ones i'm just wondering which would be the best available book for me.

i saw Delphi in a Nutshell, i love the O'Reily books, my only issue is that it is from 2000, and i am looking for a slightly more recent version.

why delphi.... don't ask, it's what the company wants me to learn.
