Default Prob Compiling Nvidia driver

Hi there I am trying to compile the NVidia drivers on a RH9 box, freshinstall and it is falling over on compile.
gcc version (Red Hat Linux 3.2.2-5)
kernel 2.4.20-8

Anyone got any suggestions?
Kind Regards,
Daniel.

Heres what happens when I make.
Code:
