The 680i's have a real problem with the memory sync'ng with the FSB. Try a 1/1 FSB/memory divider. If you're running your FSB at 1500, for example, put your RAM at 750mhz.

FSB = 2xRAM. That's the only way I could get mine stable at this overclock, and I tried everything.
