Default wrong refresh rate detected on PAL - TVOUT

Hi all,
I've two X displays configured on my system, CRT-0 and TV-0.

TV-0 is configured through xorg.config as:
Option "TVStandard" "PAL-B"
Option "TVOutFormat" "SVIDEO" it should be set to 50Hz, but just to be sure, i added the monitor definition also:
Section "Monitor"
Identifier "TV"
DisplaySize 160 120
HorizSync 30.0 - 50.0
VertRefresh 50.0
Option "DPMS"
But if i query the state of the Device i get:
klinux ~ # DISPLAY=:0.1 nvidia-settings -q Refreshrate
Attribute 'RefreshRate' (klinux:0.1; display device: TV-0): 60.32 Hz.
'RefreshRate' is an integer attribute.
'RefreshRate' is a read-only attribute.
'RefreshRate' is display device specific.
'RefreshRate' can use the following target types: X Screen, GPU.
Now, i've several sync/jerky motion issue when i watch a video on tv-out, could this be the problem?

Thanks in advance.
