More expensive yes, but aside from the four stick dominator issue, it does handle high speed memory at least as well as the EVGA. And the four stick issue will most likely be solved in the next BIOS.

Striker has better cooling and better power regulation, which is why I went with it over the EVGA.

No argument there. I'm still waiting on a reply for a P5B BIOS chip; I submitted an email for that almost a year ago.
