its not so much the vcore that matters, it is the high temperature as a result of the voltage that will be bad for the cpu. try to stay below 60 c full load for a healthy lifespan.
for your ram, you can run up to a 333 fsb and still leave it at stock voltage. i dont know how well your ram overclocks, but it will likely go up to 800 if you overvolt it. you may also have to loosen the latencies a bit. try testing out the ram individually while the cpu is stock to see how much headroom you have. try memtest @ 800 MHz while cpu is stock - that will give you a CPU oc of up to 3.6 ghz if it passes
