Default Re: CoolIT Freezone/Eliminator Thread

Finally I was able to get the CooliT Freezone at reasonable price in Canada, from DirectCanada
$318 CAN about $270 USD and Free Shipping.
Also for ever waiting for the R600 and Barcelona before I decide on my next CPU and Graphic Card upgrade leaves me with too much cash to play with, so why not go little more exotic on the CPU cooling.
Originally I was going to buy the Tuniq Tower 120 at about $65 USD, according to many reviews the best air cooled heatsink also probably smarter buy.

I did read some negatives about the Freezone in this tread, gues some people got unlucky with defective unit, hope it wont happen to me but being in Canada the RMA should not be such a big deal also I do hear much more positive about the cooler not only from TiKiMaN1 ( who should get some commission from CooliT) and DiscipleDOC but also from many reviews
http://www.google.ca/search?q=Coolit...ient=firefox-a

Should get the cooler in couple days and will report how it works.
Right now my overclocked AMD X2 4200+ runs idle about 42C and Orthos StressPrime CPU &
RAM goes to 63C only after few minutes before I stop it.
