I dont want to RMA my cpu. I've booted it at 3.5ghz. Why would I want to take my chances with a new revision CPU you never know what your gonna get. I got lucky this time and got a good O/Cer. It cant be the CPU if the stock heatsink runs cooler than the Zalman. Think logically about that for one second.
