I not so sure that you can run that thing passive, it looks like it's a bit smaller than the other towerlike heatpipe nbcoolers from companys such as thermalright and tuniq, and those run pretty hot when you pump up the volts(that is without a fan)

With a fan @5v they dont have any problem keeping the nb cool
