I remember my fist AMD chip, it was a 486 DX4 120! I remember my mate going "well it can't be as fast as my Intel DX4 100 as it was made by Intel" But it was much to his disgust(as it was a cheaper chip too), but I do remember it had problems with my AWE32 in Wing Commander 3, if I was set to sue Midi it would crash the game. (to play it correctly I would have to under clock the chip to 100) all other games were fine btw.
