Think carefully about whether or not you think you'll ever want to cool more than the processor. This is something you really need to consider right away, because your answer determines what parts that you'll need and that I will suggest. I don't bother with the chipsets, but having G80s that load at 50C instead of 80C keeps my ambient temps in my case a lot cooler and helps overall overclocking.
Once I get this, I'll go on.
