I'll post my .cfg file here later this afternoon. The biggest thing I found that helped with the blurries was changing my ingame fitlering from anisotropic to bilinear, and forcing high quality 16X AF through my Nvidia control panel. For some reason, the textures are much better with the ingame filtering set to bilinear rahter than anisotropic when forcing higher levels through your control panel. The other biggie was change the LOD radius from 4.5 to 6.5, and upping my texture bandwidth multiplier to 100 from the default of 40. It is amazing how a few lines changes in the .cfg file can drastically change the appearance of the game.
