After asking NVidia in mail, they have answered me the following:

This bug was resolved in the 100.14.09 driver which was released last week.

Now I have just made some test flights with the new driver (especially in the critical locations which could immediately trigger the freeze) and no freezes have occurred anymore (and of course nor are the any more NVRM: Xid messages).
So, thank you NVidia for fixing the bug!
