Default New Kernel = Failed Install

Guys - I have the latest drivers (100.14.11) from nVidia installed on my Debian Linux PC running fine under the 2.6.18-4-686 kernel but today I updated my RAM to 4 GB and I needed a kernel that could support large RAM so I installed linux-kernel-2.6.21-2-686-bigmem on my PC. I then re-ran the installer for nVidia and it said it failed at the end I am really not sure why so I posted my error log below. Anyone know what the problem is? Normally it bitches about gcc or lib or something like that which is fine and I can go install it but this was so vague - it just said it could not build the module for the kernel and failed.

Please help!
