Default Re: Clock readings strange

Zander, never mind, there is currently a bug with the gentoo ebuild that prevents proper building of the nvidia-settings but I did the suggested workaround and now have it. My next question is why are my clock settings so low? As I understood it an evga 7800 gs should run memory at about 1000 or so, here are the clock readings

nvidia-settings -q GPUCurrentClockFreqs

Attribute 'GPUCurrentClockFreqs' (Windows2:0.0): 275,650.
'GPUCurrentClockFreqs' is a packed integer attribute.
'GPUCurrentClockFreqs' is a read-only attribute.
'GPUCurrentClockFreqs' can use the following target types: X Screen, GPU.

Should I change them and if so how would I go about it?
