I'm getting about 25FPS on my machine.

This is with 16xAF and 0xAA. Graphics seem quite poor compared to other newer games such as HL2. The textures seem quite blurry, and the game is just choppy enough to take away from the enjoyability. I'll probably pass on the retail version until my next upgrade.
