I assume you are basing this on HD-DVD winning the current HD format war.
(FYI: personally I will be placing my bet and buying the Toshiba A30 in October, I just don't trust Sony for the long term. Blu-Ray is their unique format. Their rules, no exception.)
Until the 'war" is concluded, which by my estimate is at least another 2 years away, SONY will not release ANY HD-DVD format material.
They are betting the farm on Blu-Ray. (keep in mind, sony has never successfully pushed a proprietary format onto the market)
Who knows, maybe they will both loose out to video on demand. They could both loose by default.
Assuming SONY looses, I'll say: Spider-man trilogy.
