Amen brother! I bet if you could artificially cap the fps to 24 have dx10 motion blur, as long as the framerate stayed pegged at 24, it would look like a cg movie. maybe I'm wrong but I'd like to see if this could be done. may have to lower the resolution more but I'd like to see what kind of effect it would have.
