Legend it may be because you've not disabled/moved/deleted the tweak properly when changing to DX10 mode, because they should clearly not be similar in colors/lightning. I don't think Post Processing and Shaders are very high on those shots.
Anyway I've just taken a few DX9/DX10 shots myself but I wanna make them into a GIF for easy comparison. Does anyone know the best way to do this in highres?
