I had the same problem...Im not certain what causes it, but I believe that SaX2 (the graphics engine configuration tool) builds the xorg.conf (the engine configuration file) which is located in /etc/X11/)) file incorrectly. You must edit the xorg.conf file to utilize the bus 1:0:0 instead of 3:0:0.
