I can see complaining about the obvious spawn triggers, but except for a few situations there is not endless enemies throughout the game.
Anyway, I beat it on hardened this morning... EXCELLENT game, a 10 out of 10... makes you feel like you're in combat more than any game I've ever played.
One example of endless enemies is in the TV station bottom floor. They just keep coming out of nowhere unless you move forward along the flanking route. and I'm pretty sure the enemies are spawning in closed off rooms.
was a pretty cool little bit of plot actually that level :-)
