from personal experience with these sort of promotions I can gaurantee that it will be $49.99 total plus tax for the regular version because they will force you to buy your "free" $10 gift card. If you want the collectors edition it will be $59.99 plus tax.
The only way it would make sense is if you bought another game right along with it, then you could use the $10 gift card on something else, but then again you never really saved those $10 to begin with, good ol'e bait and switch
