it looks like it only fixed some of the optimizations they fubard in the last 2 drivers, and thus actually performs a little slower. Namely the water reflection update is now much more frequent. The mountain still looks like ass though.
All I did was a quick gpu test before and after upgrading the driver, saddly the min fps whent from 14 to 7, my guess is the computer hitched somewhere. Avg fps only droped a frame, from 22.8 to 21.
