This game is very much just simply amazing!

Looks so sweet! Here is my current config. I play at 1920x1200.... about 25~30 FPS solid .... dips to about 20 FPS in a gun fight.... still very playable and looks sooo amazing! Also worth noting is im running on DX10 with these settings and FPS

Set EVERYTHING to High Settings in options menu, then used this system.cfg

r_sunshafts = 1
r_WaterGodRays 1
r_UsePOM=1
r_colorgrading=1
e_water_ocean_fft=1
con_restricted=0
r_GlowScreenMultiplier = 0.2
r_Flares=1
r_Coronas=1
r_MotionBlur=0

Looks simply amazing and plays quite smooth. Just managed to pull myself off to post this after about 3 hours of enjoying this current config. I just love to walk around in some parts of this game and stare in awe of the graphics!
