No, something may be wrong with your browser. That links points to an NVidia GeForce 8800 GTX review, specifically the page on the Anisotropic texture filtering Image Quality Analysis. OpenGL/Direct3D is irrelevant here.
The question is, do the Linux nVidia drivers provide access to this high-quality texture filtering toggle, as the Windows nVidia drivers do, and if so where?
