Default Update: Solaris 10 - quadro fx - Xorg lockup / hangs

Here's a preliminary update on this issue:

I removed the dual-screen setup and reverted to a single-screen setup. The issue persists.

Here some entries from the log files at the time of hang-ups:

/var/adm/messages:

Dec 17 22:11:36 led nvidia: [ID 702911 kern.notice] NVRM: Xid (0005:00): 26, Ch 000001ff M 00001ffc D ffffffff intr ffffffff
Dec 17 22:11:36 led nvidia: [ID 702911 kern.notice] NVRM: Xid (0005:00): 1, Ch 000001ff M 00001ffc D ffffffff intr ffffffff
<< This log entry does not coincide with a hang-up, but a near hang-up. The mouse cursor freezes for 1-5 seconds, but then the interface returns to functionality.

<< Here, the interface hangs permanently

/var/log/Xorg.0.log.old:

<< Again, these entries occurred at a near-hang-up.

Xorg.0.log also reports a lot of other stuff, such as:

(II) PCI I/O resource overlap reduced 0x0000ccd8 from 0x0000ccdf to 0x0000ccdb
(II) PCI I/O resource overlap reduced 0x0000cce0 from 0x0000ccff to 0x0000cce7
(II) PCI I/O resource overlap reduced 0x0000fe20 from 0x0000fe3f to 0x0000fe2f
(II) PCI I/O resource overlap reduced 0x0000fe00 from 0x0000feff to 0x0000fe0f
(II) PCI I/O resource overlap reduced 0x0000ff40 from 0x0000ff7f to 0x0000ff5f
(II) PCI I/O resource overlap reduced 0x0000ff80 from 0x0000ffff to 0x0000ff9f

These entries must have been created during boot-time.

Does anyone have any comments on these entries or the problem overall?

Thanks a lot.
