Exclamation PowerDVD wont let me play DVD's on TV

Well Imagen that! I have a home theater hooked up to my PC and I use component out to a HDTV from my PC. I installed the latest PowerDVD and inserted The Matrix (standard DVD). It started playing I dragged the Power DVD window over to my HDTV monitor and it stopped.

I get a error about copy protection and a unsupported device. Funny since thats only for HD DVD's and this isn't one of them. Its also funny because even if it was a HD DVD that feature is only supposed to be enabled if the HD DVD requires it and NONE do as of yet.

So WTF is power DVD doing? and why is it forcing HDCP when its not supposed to!
