Playing movies HD-DVD kills Blu-Ray huh? How so? My PS3 has played any movie I have put in it... haven't heard such about combos for HD-DVD where some titles are hard to get to work... I don't own any combos though, so I can't say it from personal experience, but then again you haven't even watched a Blu-Ray first hand, so you can't really say much.
