I have the D-Tek and I love it. Either one would be great for quad core overclocking though.
I pretty much have the same kit except for a Thermochill PA120.2 instead of the Swiftech rad.
Good luck, and be patient! It's not a difficult process, but just make sure you take your time and fill/bleed the system properly. Definitely make sure you read the stickies over @ the Xtreme Systems Liquid Cooling forum section.
