I have it too off so i have vsync
constant 55-60fps. almost no stuttering. only sometimes fps downing to 40.
too bad there is no aa.
I am using 169.28 beta drivers
xp pro sp2 32bit.

i have AA woking through nHancer. i just made a profile, used oblivion AA compatibilty, and checked off the UT3 flags. works great, and good thing cuase its pretty jaggy! without AA
