I can do without some settings to gain performance, but Very High Motion blur is simply amazing. I was playing the nanosuit demo level, and it feels like you're watching (and controlling) a movie, due to the quality of the motion blur.
I cannot imagine how some people play without it, it just seems so wrong!
(the picture below there is only motion blur on his fists, as that's all that was in motion).
I have a few screenshots of it, but of course, motion blur like many other post effects, are better experienced in motion than just seeing a still image of.
